The Ceremony

The Wedding Ceremony will take place at The Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque Resort .Start at 5pm in the Jardines Del Lago area.

We would kindly ask you to arrive no later than 4.45pm so that you are seated in time for the arrival of the Bride.

 

Dress code

The Dress code is Suits and posh frocks.

 

The cocktail

Champagne and Canapés will be served directly after the ceremony for proximity one hour.

The Wedding Dinner

The wedding Dinner will take place at 7.00pm around the Beach club area.

Disco

The Disco will take place at the Piramide starting at 9.30pm.

Dietary Requirements

If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements please let us know ASAP.

 

The Babysitter

For those of you wishing to come with your children you will be happy to know that the babysitter/child minder is called Sarah. She’s a fully trained nursery nurse with experience.

There will be a room available and entertainment for the children.

And a children’s menu will be served.

Sarah will be available from 4.30pm till 10.00pm

Sarah will contact each mother or father before the wedding with a list of questions to help her understand the child better and make the day happy and enjoyable for the child.

 

 

Hotel Accommodation

The Gran Hotel Bahia Del Duque Resort has reserved a number of rooms in the Hotel on which a special rate applies.
